Management Basics and 1-page Goal Tree

Learn the basics of management in 3 clicks and create a 1-page goal tree

Have you ever talked to business people and felt like they're speaking a different language? Don’t worry, it’s not you! This workshop will show you how to translate management jargon into plain English—and boost your confidence when you’re making a sale, asking for money or otherwise talking to the suits.

Derrick Van Mell, the founder and CEO of The Center for Management Terms & Practices, will click us through The Management Index™ at www.theindex.net. He'll walk you through and simplify various elements and terminology. He’ll also teach you how to use it to create a 1-page “goal tree,” a clear and powerful form of plan that shows the world you know where you’re headed and how you’re going to get there. This session is for new and experienced entrepreneurs in either the non-profit or for-profit space. Bring your devices!

No cost to attend.
